Custom Awards and Engraving, Inc. Due to the custom designs of all of our products, Custom Awards does not offer a universal return policy. We strive to match the customer’s defined methods of imprint and design at the time we process the order. If, at the time of delivery, if the customer is not satisfied with the design or imprint, we will correct any errors immediately. If, after the time of delivery, a customer finds that they have some overage of awards, we will certainly attempt to recycle parts on the customer’s next order.
